Don’t be fooled by the claims of the diet drink companies either. Their products may be low in calories, but they are chock full of other nasty chemicals. And water is better than any of them any day.
Next up, you really can’t count on losing weight without exercise. You have to modify what goes into your body, but you also have to burn off the weight that already on your body. You may wear yourself out at first, but give it time and you will learn to love it.
Last thing is to focus your food buying on organic products. You don’t have to go 100 percent or anything, but sticking to organic foods more often that not will rid you of many of the harmful chemicals that can be found in all sorts of places.
