There are two types of people in the world, those who have enviable, muscular biceps, and those who don’t. Some have tried to achieve the massive arms of the gods, with varying results, while others haven’t even tried for whatever reason. A lot of people simply haven’t had the proper motivation.

All of them know that there would be endless benefits to having big biceps. Perhaps you aren’t aware of those yourself, or perhaps you have a little bit of knowledge but a little bit extra would tip you over the edge and provide you with the final piece of motivation you need. So let’s list some of the benefits of big bulging biceps.

1. Sex Appeal – Everyone knows that women love men with big muscular arms. This is related to a female instinct that she needs a strong man to protect her and her young. Don’t underestimate the effect on females, either. There is something sexy about a woman who looks like she can take care of herself.

2. Muscles – It should be one of the more obvious benefits of doing bicep workouts, but you will become stronger, and the point still needs to be emphasized. With more powerful arms, you will be able complete tasks that you couldn’t in the past, as well as more efficiently and painlessly completing ones that you could.

3. Fitness – There is a strong link between strength and fitness. Strong people are far more likely to be fit, and the reverse is also true. If nothing else, you will have spent a lot more time in the gym, or at least doing quality workouts.

4. Confidence – If you look in the mirror and see huge biceps, chances are you are going to smile on the inside, and maybe even the outside as well. You will be walking around a foot taller in your own eyes, and this is guaranteed to boost your positive outlook on life.

5. Vitality – This one might not be so obvious. After all, what could the health benefits of having bigger arms possibly be? Well it’s not the arms themselves, but the way you achieved them. The bicep workouts themselves will go a long way to burning calories and brain blood flow.
