My Experience Of P90x
Me and my friends had just finished enrolling for school and found ourselves having early dismissals. We pondered for hours thinking of what to do during our spare time. When one of them suggested we try body building, the rest seemed to be in favor. There was a gym just a block away from school and one of my buddies was in good terms with the trainer. We decided to make that gym our hangout and body building our pastime.

Once there, I was taught all of the fundamental rules from warming up to cooling down. I know these basic things are very important to my workout, but I just can hardly wait. I need to achieve results very quickly. My instructor even told me I need half a year to see an initial result. I simply can not wait for that long time. What is more, I find it is very hard for me to concentrate when I’m doing exercise. Because many people around me like to talk to each other all the time.
When I returned home, I was tired and disappointed. We did not have a right workout method. When I was surfing the internet, however, I came across a wonderful thing. It was the P90x workout program. It was being sold online and in a set of 13 DVDs. I was fascinated by the things that the preview showed.
Once I got it, I found it was very useful. The workouts could be done at home and meant that no friends could distract you. It was also easy to follow the routines because the instructor was very explicit with the explanation. The program also lasted 90 days and had a rigorous schedule prepared. It was a little scary at first, but after a few days I found it quite alright. If ever you had any difficulty or needed help with anything, there was an online customer support service offered as well.
After I finished the P90x workout program, my life is totally different. I feel I’m full of energy again. Thanks to P90x, the great program.
