It is of course, too soon to conclude how these findings might affect humans but the fact of the matter is that anthocyanins are an enormously strong nutrient nonetheless.
While these worthy of note studies do not make up actual proof and every individual must come to their own conclusions, these studies may perchance explain why people have had so much success with weight loss by using acai berry products. Because the acai berry is very perishable it must be processed quickly to preserve the nutrients and therefore many of the acai berry products may actually contain a more purified form of the vigorous anthocyanins.
