If you have taken the decision to lose additional weight then the chances are very high that you were motivated by someone at that time. Being motivated does not come only when we talk to someone. It comes when we feel the situation by heart. We understand the importance of those necessary steps which are very urgent if we want to attain something good. It is important to not record goals that are too high to reach as this could be too overwhelming for you. You can ask a number of questions from yourself. How will you look after losing your additional weight? What will your friends say after watching you? What clothes are you going to wear after that? What will you do after losing the weight? You already know the answers of these questions. It will fill your heart with happiness and it will give you confidence. This is a great way to get motivation to lose weight.

Click a photo of yourself at the beginning of a particular weight-loss program. Repeat this process and keep on clicking a photo every month. After the completion of six months compare all these six photos. You will see the difference. It is a huge source of motivation to lose weight.
