In what ways has using the adjustable dummbbell helped us? Well, A few months back my wife gave birth to our little son. Immediately our schedules became more hectic and where you used to go to the gym very often, now the baby gets the gym time. Not to mention after having a very difficult pregnancy involving much bed rest, my wife is not as comfortable with her shape as she used to be. And I completely understand this. I had even put on a few extra pounds myself.

So, here are somethings adjustable dumbbells have helped us with:

1. We presently save income on regular gym rates and saving money is always a good thing. Especially with a new son! We are generally in a position to do a blend of aerobic and power trainings in the comfort of our home or outside in the yard, if we so choose and it’s entertaining. It enables us to push and encourage each other.

It’s been a fun time to simply be able to put in one of our favorite workout tapes and get a total body work out. And since, I do a little more muscle training than my wife, with adjustable dumbbells I can just change the barbells up to a level where I will feel a good amount of resistance and I conduct multiple reps.

1) It is very important to differ your exercise routine. Hit various muscles. Do not do the exact same weight, with the exact same workouts, and the exact same reps each and every day. If you do not have a work out that varies and steadily pushes you harder then it is necessary that you try this tactic for best results. The adjustable dumbbells truly come in handy when using a workout routine that steadily requires more and more of you. Just switch up the weight and you are ready.

2) You do not need to lift an substantial amount of weight to see great results. Slight resistance is good. It’s in the reps.

3) You will get better results if you lift with slower motions over high tempo lifting- which also has it’s place.

4) Make sure you are using correct form when performing any workout. This will help you prevent injury. The dumbbells may come with a warranty but you do not.
